The past is over darling. Very much looking forward to the future. Bright shiny sparkly future!
Beyond the trips and big things planned for this year.. I'm mainly thinking about getting fit.
However.. my body is changing/has changed alot, And alot of the beautiful dresses in my wardrobe are now abit too big. I haven't done much dressmaking for the last 6 months or so but with car insurance paid off today and lots of events to attend over the next few days. Im treating myself! Spending the next few weeks measuring my new found curves and sitting infront of the sewing machine.

Because its my Birthday ..................

My life is alot of things, But never is it ever boring.

I've had the most amazing Birthday midweek weekend! I've been spoilt rotten and had an amazing time with the most amazing people.. 

Started on Tuesday night, Dinner was cooked for me, we went to see 127 hours (very gory.. Ill never fancy James Franco again. He definitely wasn't spiderman hot) then we went from there for a few drinks. 

Woke up the next morning to the most beautiful Pandora bracelet (with the most thoughtful charm on it <3) And we walked down to La Tasca to meet my mum and dad for Paella and Cosmopolitans for lunch. Then on to do some birthday Liverpool one shopping,. Got some other lovely things. 

Then I popped home for an hour to see my Molly and Ben (worlds cutest dogs) before going back over to Liverpool to see the Strictly come dancing tour which was AMAZING. Dancing, dresses, dancing, dresses, sparkles, dancing, dresses, cocktails, dancing, dresses, Ricky Whittle. Couldn't get enough. So im 20 today, Patsy kensit must be at least twice my age and she was looking damn HOT! Id kill to look like that.. To dance like that.. For a wardrobe like that!!

And im not sad that my birthdays over not one little bit, As i've still got a tea party on Saturday for it.. A Birthday night out with my Hertfordshire/London Girls and boys next week and a certain Mr Danny Citrines 22nd  Birthday Night out in Nottingham the week after!

Theres no way in hell I would have gotten through this "syndrome" without amazing amazing friends. Girl loves her friends!

Got my derrière off the sofa tonight and made it to netball (Yay!!) Although maybe i wasnt quite ready for it. My back (where I had the surgery L1 for any of you who know) couldn't take the weight of my upper body when i tried to jog so my upper body ended up collapsing (which I can imagine looked hilarious because my feet were quite steady, and I had to keep running backwards to steady my back which was falling backwards. It was SORE! But im heading advice from the consultant that excersise is what it needs to get better long term I just need to do alot more physiotherapy to strengthen it up.
If there is anything I've learnt from 2011 though (even though were only 24 days in) is that you write your own story, and you make your own future. Hard work will pay off and Im more determined than ever that no matter how serious my health conditions are, I wont let them stop me from getting where I want to be.
This year I WILL be in a job I enjoy working part time alongside the Uni course I love. Ill be happy. Well i already am.

Right! Definately finding a job today! Something 16-20 hours a week because im going back to uni in Feb and that is stressful enough. Excited.. Motivated.. Blah blah blah. I've spent the last two weeks on an employability course and its really made me realise all the good things ive got to offer and the past experience i've got (Alot for somebody who's not even 20 yet). So im coming to get it!

In other job news though, My dad is going over to the south of france next week to work for 12 weeks building a châteaux.. Ill miss him!

I love all things pretty especially getting stuck into making beautiful dresses.

Im loving this whole winter into springwear transition. Its like i can take all my favourite summer clothes and wear them with nice thick tights.. And its ok to add warm boots and winter jumpers in here and there. I took my dogs for a walk along the beach this morning in my favourite Ivory Crochet Shorts, with tights, purple converse, A nude vest top and a chic winter jumper. Delightful  =]
